Hi!
For some reason, I no longer see the “show relevant value” option when adding a control, and I am unable to edit the option for filters where it was previously marked:
Do you have any idea why this is happening, and how can I fix it?

Hello @shirakoresh !
When you created your parameter, did you link it to a dataset or leave it as “specific values”
I’m having trouble trying to recreate what you are running into so that info could help narrow down where the problem is coming from.
Hi @duncan!
These are not parameters, but rather normal filters on the control panel. The filters apply to all datasets in the dashboard. I’m not sure if this fully answers your question, though.
Thank you,
Shira
Hello @shirakoresh !
Got it, it sounds like you are doing this process of adding cascading filters.
There are some limitations, you said that the filters are applying to all data sets, are your two control filters pulling data from the same dataset?
Hi, @duncan
Yes, and I’m trying to do that also in a dashboard with only one dataset and still no option for “show relevant values only”…
Hey @shirakoresh , in that case I would suggest creating a ticket with the support team.
Here are the steps to open a support case. If your company has someone who manages your AWS account, you might not have direct access to AWS Support and will need to raise an internal ticket to your IT team or whomever manages your AWS account. They should be able to open an AWS Support case on your behalf.
Hope this helps!
