Not able to sign up for the Quicksight . Please help me.

Were you trying to sign up as an individual user or through your organization?
If you were signing in through your organization and received an error you likely need to contact the team member who controls the permissions for IAM.

In the exercise:

-------“Multi-Language Medical Text Processing”
We need to create an “Quicksight” account during the signing up process I am getting error. I did google search but did not get any medium where I can contact them.

Are you still running into this problem? I’m not familiar with this particular program, and the error, but my initial thought is its possible that you are not in an available region:
I would suggest creating a support ticket for this issue. Here are the steps to open a support case. If your company has someone who manages your AWS account, you might not have direct access to AWS Support and will need to raise an internal ticket to your IT team or whomever manages your AWS account. They should be able to open an AWS Support case on your behalf.
