Quiksight sign in error

I’m trying to create a Quick Sight account but after clicking register for Quick Sight, I got an unknown error message, and no other message. I dont see anyone else ever got the same error. Any idea whats causing this?

Can you share the screenshot, it would be easier to help by looking at that.

Getting “Unknown error” while creating Quicksight account. I have attached the screenshots.

Thanks for letting us know @Kheem_Chandra_Singh. I spoke with our internal team, and we recommend filing a case with AWS Support where we can dive into the details so that we can help you further. Here are the steps to open a support case. If your company has someone who manages your AWS account, you might not have direct access to AWS Support and will need to raise an internal ticket to your IT team or whomever manages your AWS account. They should be able to open an AWS Support case on your behalf. Hope this helps!
