i try create my new account for quick Sight for the first time, but when i tried create my account for quick suite nothing happenings I input my AWS account login and email but the page not update or inform any error. After a click or select the create account botton, the page clean everything that i typed and comes back to the previous page requesting everything again. What is happening?

One question to you, may i know which region you are trying to create Quick account?
Because one of the reasons i could think of is region mismatch – Quick is currently available only in specific AWS Regions like US East (N. Virginia), US West (Oregon) and Asia Pacific (Sydney), Europe (Ireland).
I would recommend a few steps -
- Try again using a different browser.
- Ensure your region is set to US East (N. Virginia).
- If you’re using an IAM user or federated login (SSO), ensure the policy includes required permissions to create account.
If you are still facing the same issue, I would recommend to create AWS support ticket so that our support engineers will be able to check the logs assist further on this.
Here are the steps for opening a support ticket - Creating support cases and case management - AWS Support . If your company has someone who manages your AWS account, you might not have direct access to AWS Support and will need to raise an internal ticket to your IT team or whomever manages your AWS account. They should be able to open an AWS Support case on your behalf.

I followed your recommendations and tried again using Google Chrome , Edge and Firefox, but unfortunately it still didn’t work.
I’m located in South America (São Paulo region), which might be related to the issue.
I also open a support ticket last Sunday , as you advised, but nobody replays yet.
There is another tips that i could test QuickSight?

I’m having exactly the same issue. I selected US East N V irignia as you suggeested but nothing happens. The issue happens in the registration form. Once I clic create account it just clean up the Account Name and email used and nothing happens.

Hi Im having the same problem. I used US East (N. Virginia) region. I created a case also. But no solution yet. Help this problem.
