Quick Suite Sign in issue

I’ve tried multiple times, from different browsers, using different regions to sign in into Quick Suite, but it was impossible. When I clic on create account it just clean up the form that just previewsly filled up. Does someone knows how to fix this?

Just to confirm if the account was created successfully, please try signing in with the credentials you used during signup. If login fails or the account doesn’t exist. Clear your browser cache/cookies or try incognito mode in a different browser (e.g., Chrome or Edge).

If issues persist, I would recommend filing a case with AWS Support where we can dive into the details so that we can help you further. Here are the steps to open a support case. If your company has someone who manages your AWS account, you might not have direct access to AWS Support and will need to raise an internal ticket to your IT team or whomever manages your AWS account. They should be able to open an AWS Support case on your behalf. Hope this helps!
