Null Count excluded from the KPI card

Hi QuiickSight Team,

I encountered a problem statements so basically when I am use the Donut chart it include the count of null but in KPI card using the same field but it excluded the null count.

I have build a dashboard by using dummy dataset to illustrate this problem and have shared the link with you for further details.

Hi @Biswajit_1993,

What does roll number represent? Can you replace Roll Number by Name in this calculated field?

If you count Roll Number, it’s expected for rows where Roll Number is null to not be included.

Hi @David_Wong - Essentially we are counting a field which will have NOT NULL value? Is my understanding correct?
