Other in Legend

Hi Team,

Please check out the below screenshot and my expectation is that I don’t want to see “Other” in Legend and yeah, I know that the data points which is available in Format visual can be increased and I did that but the distinct values in X-axis is beyond the data points limit. Please suggest me how can I remove “Other” from legend.

Hi @Thiru_Reddy - Is it possible to make a filter and remove the other? I believe that should be quick one to achieve it?

Yes @Sanjeeb2022 we can do this by using the regular filter in QuickSight or else just go to the legend which is present on the top left side of the graph and select other then right click and Exclude Others.
This way we can achieve the results.

Hi @Sanjeeb2022 & @Biswajit_1993, thanks for the suggestions but “Other” values are real numbers and these values should get displayed in the chart. Any better solutions??

Hi @Thiru_Reddy - The challenge here is Other fields contains more data and that reduce the values for years 2013 and 2014. Can you create a drop down option in the visual so that you can have a provision to select the years.

@Thiru_Reddy May I please ask what is it that you want to accomplish through the visual? As in what are you trying to communicate through this visual?
