When there are many items in the legend, Quick Sight groups them into “Others.” How can I disable this grouping? I want the chart to display all the individual items as they appear in the data.

To disable the “Others” grouping in Quick Sight when there are many items in a legend, you can click on “Hide Others” in the legend options. Refer here
This feature allows you to remove the automatic grouping that occurs when there are numerous items in your visualization.
If you’re working with an area chart line visual where the legend becomes too extensive, causing Quick Sight to group remaining assignees into an “Others” category, using the “Hide Others” option can help maintain the functionality of your visual.
Alternatively, you can add a top and bottom filter to control which specific items appear in your visualization.
This approach lets you display a certain number of items (such as the top 10 assignees) without grouping the rest into an “Others” category.
