How can I know an owner/create of each dashboard and dataset?. As far as I know, an owner of each dashboard can be found. But I am having hard to time to know who is the owner/creator of each analyses and dataset?

You can use the API to see who has the most rights.

In the userinterface you can switch to a list view, by clicking on the list icon in the right upper corner:
In the list view you can find the owner.
