Parameter does not appear as choice in text box

In my analysis, I have created 2 parameters and controls of multi select drop down list on top. I now want to pass these parameters in a text box (to display selected values) and while I can to it for one parameter (selectedTailNumbers), it does not work for selectedFlightNumbers parameter as it does not appear at all as a choice (see screenshot). Any idea how I can make this parameter to show up just like the selecetedTailnumbers?

A comment here is that the parameter selecetedTailnumbers that does appear in the text box is created by having a list and just select one value. The selectedFlightNumbers parameter was created to enable user to multiselect from a drop-down list. This though used to work in the past

Thank you for bringing this to attention. I recall as well that this used to be possible when relating to Multi-Select parameters; the one note to add on is that when using a multi-select param in this instance, the text would only show the first couple values selected and then would summarize the remaining by adding ‘& Others’.

I will mark this as a feature request to promote visibility to the support team, I’m not quite sure why it was removed but hopefully it can be re-added.

I am building an important report for a top customer and now I received complaints so I would like to have this asap! While AWS does not disclose a timetable or information regarding their roadmap, you can keep an eye on the ‘What’s New’ tab in the community (Latest What’s New topics - Amazon Quick Community).

The feature request does not process on the support side’s system without a topic being ‘closed’ in some capacity. After I close this post, the only other thing you can do is create a support ticket so you can have some level of communication, though it won’t provide direct updates on the feature request status.
