Parameter format control panel doesn't stay/ disappear in one second

Hi, we have some issue updating our parameter configuration for a few tabs.

For example, on this tab, once we click on a parameter to update on the format control panel, that panel would show up for a second and then disappear automatically - leave us on the Properties panel…
(1) Click Edit on our parameter

(2) format control panel appears for only a second

(3) switched to the properties panel automatically…

And this only happens to some of our tabs, not all tabs. Does anyone know why this weird behavior happens? how can we reach out to QS for help?

Thank you for letting us know. I would recommend filing a case with AWS Support where we can dive into the details so that we can help you further. Here are the steps to open a support case. If your company has someone who manages your AWS account, you might not have direct access to AWS Support and will need to raise an internal ticket to your IT team or whomever manages your AWS account. They should be able to open an AWS Support case on your behalf. Hope this helps
