I have created data tables in QuickSight. When I go to export to pdf, it truncates the data to one sheet. Is this a known issue? I need to format business reports. I was wondering if paginated reports were a solution?

Yes, when you use export to PDF of a sheet in dashboard, it will not expand the table to show all the rows. As you mentioned, paginated report is the solution to export multi-page PDF reports where a table can expand to show all the records.
