Percent of Total

I want to show percent of total on all my visuals but the problem I am facing is I want to distinct count my customerid. However, quicksight does not support percentoftotal with distinct count. Can anyone please tell me what is the workaround for this. I have used percentoftotal with count before in another report and it was working great on all of my visuals.

=Percentoftotal(count(customerid),)

I think I found a solution by combining multiple functions which works on all visuals tool tips.

distinct_count({Customer ID})/max(distinctCountOver({Customer ID},,PRE_AGG))
