Pivot Table - Applying Conditional Formatting to Totals with gradient option

Hello, I saw this has been asked already and it has been marked as a feature request. Is there any update on this as to when this will be an option?

Using pivot table total and conditional formatting with a gradient

Hi, It seems that if you use both the pivot table total on column level setting and conditional formatting using a gradient setting, then the total values wont display at all. For the normal conditional formatting there is a button with “apply to: totals / subtotals / value” but there is no such setting when using a gradient. Perhaps it is intentional or a bug? Pivot Table: Applying Conditional Formatting to Totals (When using Gradient)

Hey all, I have a pivot table set up, where some of my fields for the ‘Rows’ field well, are collapsed. I want to apply conditional formatting to the collapsed totals, using the ‘Gradient’ option. However, the ‘Apply To’ option for conditional formatting (see screenshot), which is available when using ‘Solid’, IS NOT available when using ‘Gradient’. Is there no way to apply conditional formatting to totals, when using ‘Gradient’ conditional formatting? [image]
