Pivot table field doesn't display value, but shows it on hover

Hi, sometimes in our tables certain cell values are not shown, but they are actually present - they are shown when you hover over the cell with a mouse. Nothing helps - increasing the width or height of the cell/column, refreshing… it is present for all users looking at the analysis, not just one.
See attached the two screenshots (I have hidden the column names). In the sixth column (the one with the pointing arrow), you can see some cells being empty, but the value is in fact present - indicated for example by the custom smiley face.


When you hover over the cell, the value shows up in the hover box - see on the second screenshot.

Can we fix it somehow on our side, is this a known issue? Let me know if you need any more information from us, thank you!

Hello @stepvacha, my first thought when I look at the screenshots is that it may be the conditional formatting you have in place causing the issue. Is there any chance that on the formatting of that column you accidentally clicked the checkmark to only display the icon when the Sad Face is being displayed?
