Is there any opportunity to create custom footer / header for the first page in Pixel-perfect Reports?
Or at least add visual to footer and show it on the first page only, while other data in footer is the same for all pages?

You can include the Insight Visual in the Header / Footer section . And Insight visual has the system parameter like page number , which can be used like below to show custom content in first page and different note for other pages.
Add Insight visual to Header :
