Published page shows ‘You do not have access as a Reader’ error for all users including the page author

This is an interesting error that I have never seen before, especially the part where the author of the dashboard as you said is receiving that same error. Since this is pertaining to access, my recommendation is to reach out to an account admin and they may be able to resolve this.
