Q&A From the Live Sessions | 2025 AWS re:Invent Recap - Amazon Quick Suite Announcements

Q: Are you having problems with accessing internal Amazon sites that require using single sign-on when using flows to pull data from those sites?

A: One of the things you can do is if you have the Quick Suite browser extension, you’re able to go through domains and take a snapshot and then add them to Quick Spaces or chat agent, which you can then use inside your Quick Flows. If you have an MCP set up or if that site is going to have an MCP enabled, you can do so through integrations, but if there’s a single sign-on involved, there might not be access to those sites yet.

Q: For me, the send email step always requires my approval even if it is scheduled. This requires me to approve the email each time by going to the flow. Is this expected?

A: Yes, this is expected. You do right now have to currently enable the send email for each one. So in a flow, if you have a list of five people that you need to send emails to, for each of the five people you would have to approve the email. That’s right now to currently keep that human in the loop step to make sure there are no mistakes and that everything looks correct before you officially send. However, there are works happening right now by the team to reduce the friction on that state. So you won’t have to do that in the future. It’s on the roadmap to come out soon so that when you have those instances where you need to have multiple approval actions, they should be able to be triggered on their own if you enable that.

Q: Wouldn’t you want to review the contents of the email before it sends anyway?

A: That is currently what our thinking process was in having that feature. So you do have to enable each email to the person at the right time that it goes out before you completely send it off. But we’re trying to reduce the friction on that for people in the future because we’ve gotten a lot of feedback that they would want it to be more seamless.
