In the Q topics, there are only 3 filter conditions contains, starts with , ends with, but I have a scenario where it has to be filtered for equal and not equal to. Even though I mentioned field name not equal to value in the custom instructions, it is considering not contains. How to solve this issue as we are seeing wrong results?

If you change your ‘filter type’ to custom filter, it provides the option to use equals:

Maybe it has something to do with the field and how it’s setup then.
Could you share a screenshot from the ‘Data Fields’ section for the field that you’re trying to set the filter for?
I’m interested in the field type and examples of the value options as well semantic and aggregations applied.
This is the field I am trying to include in my Q prompt. Couldn’t share values screenshot due to data privacy issue. It contains alphanumeric values. The values have to be excluded but Q is running for not contains. Hope you got the issue.
