QS: Dashboard click url data to open content

Hi,
I am creating a ticketing dashboard and would like to create a table that display a link to the actual ticket. I want the user to be able to click the URL link in the dashboard and it will open the source application. Is this possible?

I was able to figure this out once I read the documentation a little closer.
