Quick Automate to format attachment and send email as per column values

I have activated the outlook in my quick suite integration, however while building prompt based quick automate, the agent is not building the right steps and always the validation fails. I need the automate to perform the following actions.

  1. Access email coming from a user in a specific folder
  2. open the attachment to group the values based on a column
  3. select the unique column values to copy
  4. draft the email to specific email mentioned in the corresponding column of the rows.

Is there any complete documents available for these automation areas.
