Quick Sight Data joins

Is it possible to use union in quick sight data sets tab? I trying to merge all the files that have same columns but different departments into one single data set. I am using the full outer join but it gives me duplicative columns

Currently this is not possible. I can mark it as a feature request.

Hi @Abdul_Mohammed - Welcome to AWS QuickSight community and thanks for posting the question. @Max pointed correctly, currently union is not supported in QuickSight, if you are using RDBMS data source, you can create a custom sql and put union and then take the data set for the reporting.

For other data sources, you can do the merging outside QuickSight and bring the union data set to QuickSight for reporting.

Hi @Max - I believe we already requested to add Union as a feature request. Please confirm.
