Hello Quick Sight Community,

I’m currently evaluating a migration from Qlik to Quick Sight, and I have a few questions about feature equivalency and future development:

Dynamic Dimension Selection
In Qlik, we can create dynamic tables/dashboards where users can select dimensions through checkboxes to modify the aggregation view (e.g., aggregating sales data by country, product_name, or both). Does Quick Sight offer similar functionality?

Data Validation and Alerts
Does Quick Sight support automated data validation with alert notifications? For example, in Qlik, we can set up rules (like flagging gross margins below 0.1%) that trigger email notifications with direct links to the relevant dashboard when violations occur.

Redshift Connectivity with Enhanced VPC Networking
I'm experiencing difficulties connecting to Redshift when using Enhanced VPC Networking (the feature that enables editor access and Redshift API connectivity). Are there specific requirements or limitations I should be aware of?

Quick Sight Q Chat History
Can Quick Sight Q save prompt history and maintain chat conversations for future reference? If so, how long is the history retained and can it be exported?

Quick Sight Roadmap
Is there a public roadmap for Quick Sight that outlines upcoming features and improvements? If so, where can it be accessed and shared with stakeholders?

Any insights or guidance on these topics would be greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately, Quicksight team cannot share publicly product roadmaps or any schedule in regards to feature updates.
I would recommend checking out the What’s New Blog for any potential updates. You can add notifications as well so that you don’t miss any updates or news.
