I wanted to ask about the Apps feature that’s currently in preview.
Do you know if it will have any additional costs in the future, or will it be included in the infrastructure costs?

Apps is included in your Amazon Quick subscription and there is currently no separate charge for the feature. Usage counts toward your plan’s “agent hours” entitlement, and any overage is billed at $3/hour. The pricing page has the full breakdown of what’s included per plan and how agent hours work.
Since it’s still in preview, final GA pricing hasn’t been announced separately, but the current model bundles it into your existing subscription. I’d keep an eye on that pricing page for any updates.

As far as i know, In Amazon Quick, the Apps capability is included in the Plus plan ($20/user/month annually) and higher tiers — there’s no separate per-app or per-usage charge.
