Costs of running Quick Suite

I am having trouble understanding the costs of AWS Quick suite, here it is the situation. I have 3 author users, which according to the documentation it should equal 3*$24= $72 a month in costs, or $2.3 per day. But in reality I am being charged way more:

As I understand the Q-QS-Fee corresponds to the $250 infra fee that only applies if at least one Pro user and Q&A enabled via topics or dashboard Q&A, but as I showed before this is not the case.
Also the costs show pro users, which I don’t have (I did like a week ago). My questions are:

  • Does the $250 fee take a month to disappear after deleting the pro accounts?
  • Why am I still being charged for the pro accounts?

Since this is a account-based matter, I would definitely reach out to AWS Support by creating a support ticket, as they will be able to better assist you with your concern (especially in figuring out why your total costs appear this way).
