Hi,
How do you fix this error? I have tried to open other Quicksight links which has normally fixed this error. However, this is no longer working.
I deleted my Firefox Cookies and history and restarted Firefox. This worked for 30 minutes before Quick suite logged me out and I’m stuck on this page again.
Deleting cookies and history every 30 minutes is an unreasonable request. Please assist on a better method on getting out of this error screens.

This error indicates that the federated role you are using does not have the Quick permission quicksight:DescribeAccountSubscription, so the sign‑in process fails very early and you get stuck on the “Oops…” page instead of reaching the console.
To resolve this, your AWS administrator needs to update the IAM role you assume for Quick to explicitly allow this action. The role should have an identity‑based policy that includes the quicksight:DescribeAccountSubscription permission on your account.
