Quick suite SharePoint connection

I have integrated SharePoint with QuickSuite for use with Actions. I would now like to use that same connection for my Knowledge Base. How can I utilize the existing integration for both purposes?"

Despite a successful 3LO login at the Action level, the Knowledge Base continues to prompt for approval. It appears the Knowledge Base is failing to inherit or recognize the existing authentication setup from the Action.

Actions handle interactive operations (e.g., list CRUD), while Knowledge Bases focus on indexing documents for RAG requiring distinct SharePoint consents despite the shared connection. If prompts persist, verify SharePoint app permissions include Sites.Read.All or Files.Read.All.
