Is there a method to connect desktop Quick to the WWOS files/policies along with Amazon Policies? Quick currently states it does not have access to those internal files, web based version does.

The web-based Amazon Quick (Quick Suite) uses enterprise-level data source connectors that are configured by your organization’s admins. These connectors link directly to internal repositories, knowledge bases, and document stores on the backend, which is why you can access internal policies and files there.
The Amazon Quick desktop app is designed to work with local files on your machine. It does not have the same backend data source connectors as the web version. However, you can still access those files on desktop by syncing them locally (e.g., via OneDrive or a shared drive) and then adding the folder through Settings -> My computer -> Local folders.
