[QuickChat embedded] How to load embedded chatbot with last active conversation?

I am integrating QuickSuite embedded chatbot in my website, a critical usecase we have is when our website loads we want to load the chatbot with the last active conversation open in the chat bot. We dont want the user to click conversation history icon in the widget and then access the last chat as it is causing a major disconnect in the user experience. How can I do that ?

Welcome to the Quick Suite Community! I do not believe this is currently possible in Quick Suite, as the chat agents are made to refresh to a new chat for each browser session. However, I would definitely recommend creating a support ticket with AWS Support, as they should be able to confirm if this is a possibility natively.
