Quick Suite previous chat history not available?

Does Quick Suite not allow you to return to previous chats? I had a long thread yesterday, that I tried to find today but it seems to have cleared.

Currently, you can only access the prior 30 days of chat history for your agent. In the top right corner, you’ll see a clock symbol that says ‘conversation history’, if you click there you’ll be able to bring up conversations that took place in the last 30 days:

I have the same issue. I had a very long thread going on yesterday, and the chat history doesn’t seem to be available.

Do you not have the clock icon available at the top of your chat agent like shown above?

@Brett Yes I did. I clicked on it, however the chat wasn’t present and had to rework it for some instance. Now that I think about it, I hadn’t launched my agent, is it because of that?
