Quicksight connection and report

Hello, I have a problem with quicksight. I can’t make an export with this tool.
My account seems to be blocked. (Cf screenshot)
Can you help me ?

@Simonet_Amelie are you trying to export any table to CSV/Excel when you see the authentication failures? If you are not the author, the first person to reach out to be would be the author. It’s possible that there are RLS /CLS rules against that table/visual that are preventing it.
