I continue to receive this error message when trying to preview my Quicksight data source. I have reloaded my manifest file and still get the same error. I confirmed that my ETLM job is successfully unloading to the s3 bucket and that there is nothing anomalous with the data. Any ideas?

Hope everything is well! Just to check for my purposes, does that fail message pop up after around a minute of time, or does it pop up instantly after refresh? The reason I ask is because it could be timing out due to the query process taking longer than a minute, which I believe makes previews automatically time out. Let me know whenever you can!
Hello Luis. Initially I was receiving the “timed out” error after a short period of the refresh attempt. However, I made some adjustments to better define the global settings within the manifest file as well as adding a MANIFEST VERBOSE line to the sql unload statement and now I just receive an immediate error message stating “There was an error preparing your data. Please upload another file.” Any ideas? Thanks

My apologies for the late response. Could you send over what your manifest file looks like (without any personal details such as S3 path) to see if the time out errors are occurring because of that?
