I have a Report which has different structure, let’s say 5 columns till march 2025, now from April 2025 the report has differnet structure, let’s say it has 7 columns.
Now when end user runs the report the user should be able to see both the versions of report.
So when the user is running for march it should output 5 columns, when the user is running for April, it should output 7 columns.

When you say they run the report, are you wanting Quick Sight to check the date and then show more columns in visuals? Or do you mean you are sending email reports and the email reports should have different data depending on the date?
I’m not entirely sure what your use case is here, but I do understand that you want to essentially use different datasets based on date choice.
so dataset here I will be using is one only, I want versioning of report. one version that will run from jan to march and another version which will run from april to december
Hi @bhumika18s - I do not think, it is possible in Quick Sight. If I understood correctly when an user select march, it should show the version of the report which is created in march and having 5 columns only and when it select April or any other month, it should show the additional 2 columns. Quick Sight will point to latest version of the report which is applicable to all months.
