Quicksight synchronous refresh with Redshift table

Right now my team has a quicksight dashboard connected to tables in redshift as the data source, and we are refreshing the data 1-3 times a day. However, we would like to set up an auto refresh, so that the dashboard can be refreshed as soon as the backend redshift table is loaded with new data. How can I do this?
