Quick Dashboard issue

why my quicksuite dashboard says original dashboard(modified) even though i published latest analysis to it. also some users unable to see colored rectangular boxes which i had on dashboard i can see them but they cant see “this operation failed, contact support” error for that one particular visual. also i used to generate analysis out of dashboard earlier but i don’t see that option in quicksuite anymore

the rectangular box is an image copied and placed on canvas. it was working all these days but some users started reporting they cant see this visual and they see error message “this operation failed, contact support”

Please clear your browser cache/cookies, reset the filters and dashboard bookmarks, and try again. If the issue persists, need to investigate user permissions and the specific visual in more detail. Original dashboard (Modified) label is coming from Quick bookmarks. It appears when the current view (filters, controls, etc.) is different from the saved Original dashboard bookmark and is not related to whether the latest analysis has been published.

The error on the colored rectangular box is most likely specific to that image visual for some viewer sessions (for example, a rendering or access issue), and not a problem with the dashboard publish as a whole.

Thank you, the “modified” text is gone now. however, some users are still experiencing “this operation failed, contact support” error for one particular visual (its a rectangular box impage copied and placed on canvas)

This issue is most likely related to cache/cookies in the user’s browser. Please ask the affected user to clear their browser cache/cookies, or open the dashboard in an incognito/private window and try again.

If the issue still occurs after these steps, investigate further by checking the user’s permissions of that specific dashboard.
