Is there any documentation surrounding Flows?
I am unable to resolve the Action error, and connector & Type are blank.

Just to clarify for myself, what specific action from the Integrations list are you trying to do, and in the first picture is it giving you an option to fill in the connector and type or not?
In terms of documentation, you can definitely look into this document which is essentially an intro to Quick Flows to see if there is any helpful information.
Where can I find the Integrations list?
And do Bedrock models need to be enabled?

You can find the Integrations section when you scroll all the way down on the left-hand side of the Quick Suite page. For bedrock models, I do not think they need to be enabled but it could definitely depend on the actions or general flow that you are trying to implement.
Can I not use the existing datasets as integration?
I have a dataset that utilizes Redshift tables.

I believe you should be able to depending on the integration. Can you tell me the specific integration for which you are trying to import the dataset to just to make sure it is possible?
