Followed below link and tried Ramon’s suggestion:

Thanks for your reply.
The dataset show the status as completed.
If I export the dashboard as PDF it works, but when showing on the browser it doesnt show anything.

but still numbers on scorecard doesnt show up, again this is for one user who is using chrome, edge seems to be working fine.
when i try to login with same user its working, any help will be greatly appreciated.

Hi @sivap , welcome to the QuickSight Community. Here are some further steps you can try and let us know:
Is the user able to open any other QuickSight dashboard in chrome?
Can you check the version of Chrome, both on your system and the user’s system?
