Scorecards numbers doesnt show up for a user

Followed below link and tried Ramon’s suggestion:

but still numbers on scorecard doesnt show up, again this is for one user who is using chrome, edge seems to be working fine.

when i try to login with same user its working, any help will be greatly appreciated.

Hi @sivap , welcome to the Quick Sight Community. Here are some further steps you can try and let us know:

  • Is the user able to open any other Quick Sight dashboard in chrome?
  • Can you check the version of Chrome, both on your system and the user’s system?
