Settings for published dashboard

Is there any way I can remove the following options while publishing the dashboard for the end-user:

  • Embed visual
  • Explore scenario
  • create alert

I just want to disable these keeping others as it is ..like download, export csv, sort

Hi @Mahika_Garg,

You can adjust the options available by visiting the ‘More Settings’ option when publishing:

Then you can unselect the following option:

Additionally, if you’re just trying to turn off for a specific visual as opposed to all of them; you can adjust through the analysis. Select a visual and go to the ‘format visual’ option:

This removes all the options available on visual as well -

I just want options- create alert, add to home page, explore scenario and embed visual to be removed and keep rest of them as it is

Currently it is not possible to select which options in the menu are available and which are not. I’ll mark this as a feature request to promote visibility to the support team.
