Is there a way to have On-Visual menu with download options only?

I have a dashboard embedded in an app’s UI.
I want the users to have the option to download visuals to CSV or Excel, but I don’t want to give the access to other options like “Add forecast”, “See contributors”, or the “Customize” cog wheel on Pivot table visuals.
And idea how to do so?

HI @Yuval.Shiboli ,

So for ‘reader customization’, you can simply turn that off in the interactions tab within the properties panel and that will not give the option to customize the pivot table to your viewers.

Next, when you go to publish the dashboard, click on ‘more settings’:

Then under visual options, you will have to select both ‘enable visual menu’ and ‘enable download options’ for you to give the viewer the ability to download your visual to CSV or Excel:

Here is the output that I got:

Does this answer your question?

Thanks @JacobR - that is a partial solution - it removed the “Customize” cog from the pivot table visuals- but other visuals still got additional options i want to remove

For example:

“Add forecast” on line charts
“See contributors” on stacked bar charts

Is there a way to remove those?
