Signing up for QuickSuite using Organization's IAM Identify Center Instance

I am trying to sign up for a QuickSuite account using my organization instance of IAM Identity Center as the Authentication Method. I am running into issue where it needs me to enter Admin Pro Group or Admin Group. It does not show anything in the drop down and it does not allow me to enter a value. Please advise on what I might be doing wrong

As this is a public forum operated by other users, we would not have access to private account information to assist with this type of request. I would suggest reaching out to an admin within your organization as they should be able to provide you with that information!

Use CloudTrail to search the history events that came from source named quicksight.amazonaws.com or sso.amazonaws.com

Also, turn on the “Error code” column to narrow down any suspicious event that may relating to insufficient permission issue.
