I need to create a connector to Smartsheet so I can use it as a knowledge base. However, Smartsheet is not listed as an available connector. It is listed under create for my team, but I do know the connection details. Any guidance on how I can make this connection?
Hi @Duane_Whyte and welcome to the Quick Community!
You are correct in that Smartsheet is not a supported knowledge base but it is an available connector. Action connectors let Quick do things in other apps like sending a message in slack or creating a calendar event in outlook. Knowledge bases are a little different in that they allow Quick to read and search content within the base that you connected (i.e. Amazon S3 or OneDrive). If you would like to set up a Smartsheet integration, I would refer to this resource on how to do so (Smartsheet integration - Amazon Quick); however, I should point out that some of the details required to set up the connection may require an account administrator or someone with admin level access.
In regard to Smartsheet not currently being supported as a knowledge base, I can attach the ‘feature-request’ tag to this post to help increase visibility to the Quick team.
