Space key ignored in filters

Hi. My dashboards and analyses worked fine until today, when the space key stopped working in filters. For example, when filtering by Tel Aviv, the text displayed is TelAviv and then, obviously, the filtering does not return any result. The Space key is completely ignored. I am using a Hebrew keyboard. The problem is a general problem and not with a specific keyboard. Does anyone have any idea how this can happen all of a sudden in dashboards and analyses that worked fine till today?

Hi @gnc

To my understanding, Quick Suite has limited support for Hebrew text in filters, which can cause input issues like ignored spaces when using a Hebrew keyboard layout.

Try switching to an English keyboard layout temporarily when typing in filters, as this often resolves interference with the space bar. Where possible, use dropdown filter lists instead of free text entry.

This could also relate to browser caching clear your cache and cookies, or test in an incognito window.

I will mark this as a feature request however to promote visibility to the support team.

Hi Xclipse

Thanks for your reply.

There was no problem with text entry in filters in Hebrew until today. It is a general problem not related to caching.

It is some kind of bug… We’ve also opened a ticket.

My users are also seeing this issue with English. Suddenly became a problem last week.

Having the same issue here (also in English).

As of today the space key is functioning normally in all our dashboards. Thanks to Yusouf from AWS who held a session with me about the issue.
