I did not find anywhere (docs, community) a simple way to change the default “Start of the week” day (Sunday by default).
I found it in “Analysis Settings”, I missed something in the documentation because I did find it.

Maybe the UI is faster updated then the documentation. Because that function was in one of the last updates.
