While building and viewing dashboards in Quick Sight on Firefox web browsers on Windows 11, the horizontal scrolls doesn’t even appear or work. This is very annoying since Firefox in the recommended browser for us. I know a few users have raised this issue in past and nothing has been done to fix it.
Please don’t recommend switching the browser as fix since it is not an acceptable solution

It appears that the issue with horizontal scrollbars not appearing in QuickSight when using Firefox on Windows 11 is a known issue and has been raised by multiple users. This seems to stem from a combination of how Firefox handles scrollbars and specific settings in Windows 11.

Adjusting a Windows 11 setting can help mitigate this issue.
- Open Settings.
- Navigate to Accessibility > Visual Effects.
- Enable Always show scrollbars.
If the problem persists, I would recommend filing a case with AWS Support where we can dive into the details so that we can help you further. Here are the steps to open a support case. If your company has someone who manages your AWS account, you might not have direct access to AWS Support and will need to raise an internal ticket to your IT team or whomever manages your AWS account. They should be able to open an AWS Support case on your behalf.
