The Share button is greyed out in the app share, please advise

When trying to share an app I built, the ‘share’ function is greyed out. In order to share to another user, does that user have to have a builder ID in order to share the app with them?

Dear Willie,

Please chek with your Quick Admin, if you are not the admin, there is likelihood that admin might have imposed custom permission that restricts sharing apps as shown below
