Is there any theme feature available in Quick Sight to apply same formatting standards across multiple reports?

this is what you can do on themes in Quicksight at this moment! 
If you need a starting point to be re-used as blue print, you can think about creating one and starting each time from that one to create new reports.
Do you have something specific in mind as requirement?
