I have a dashboard in quicksight and an analysis what I want to do is .. use the format for eg how the table is formatted or how the title font table font or background color are formatted I want to pull that data is it possible Nd reuse these

QuickSight currently doesn’t allow you to directly extract or reuse formatting properties (like font style, background color, or header formatting) from one visual to another across analyses or datasets.

However, there is a workaround depending on your scenario:

  1. If it’s the same dataset:
    You can simply duplicate the existing table visual within the same analysis. This automatically preserves all formatting, conditional styles, and field arrangements.
    After duplicating, you can replace the fields while keeping the formatting intact.

  2. If it’s a different dataset:
    Unfortunately, QuickSight doesn’t support copying just the style definition between visuals tied to different datasets. In this case, you’d need to manually replicate the formatting or use themes for consistent look-and-feel (fonts, colors, backgrounds) across visuals.
