Top reason with multiple values in Custom Narratives

Hello,

Can I get the visual for each as below in custom narratives (insights):

In week 31, Retail EU CY/CY total shipped 257 containers with CU performance 80.8% (-116bps vs. target 82%).

Top 3 performance miss was mainly driven by below factors:

  • Light load approval: 27.6% of miss, impacting 71 containers with CU 78.1%
  • Blanket approve vendor: 6.2% of miss, impacting 16 containers with CU 72.9%
  • Vendor input wrong cargo volume (CBM) in Booking to overcome VIBE gating: 4.3% of miss, impacting 11 containers with CU 75.8%

FYI: the Top 3 are sorted by container id distinct count, ranged by row (remark) with removing (remark) as ‘Meet goal’.

Hello @Beckyli

I might need more information to totally answer your question, but yes you can have multiple metrics and comparisons in a single custom narrative. The only limitation you could run into is there is a limit to the number of categories you can add to a single insight visual.

Hello @duncan

With narrative, I can only get the result as below, the CU shows the top3 CU, not the TOP3 container volume’s CU.

Hi @Beckyli,

It’s been awhile since we last heard from you on this thread; are you still working on this or were you able to find a work around to implement for your case?

Have you tried building out a calc. field to rank the container volume’s CU and use that in your narrative?

If we do not hear back within the next 3 business days, I’ll close out this topic.

Thank you!

Hi @Brett ,

Thanks, I tried calc.field for ranking and completed the narrative. Feel free to close this topic.
