Multiple values in Custom Narratives with single dimension

Hello,

I have a single dimension by business along with values such as number of transactions and transactions value.

Can i get the both values for each dimension as below in custom narratives (insights):

• United States sent 50 payments with total value of $100
• Mexico sent 10 payments with total value of $20
• China sent 32 payments with total value $17
• India sent 88 payments with total value $41

Can you please help?

Hi @saabhiji,
Yes, this is possible to achieve with insights. Make sure to add your values section before starting to customize, then once added you can start customizing.

When adding a computation, make sure to choose the category that fits how you’d like to rank your countries and display them:

On the next screen, you can change the number of results you’d like to display:

Here’s documentation that explores building and using Insights, I would suggest checking these out!

Additionally, Here’s a video posted by AWS on creating custom narratives for your review:

Hey Brett,

Thank you for this information. However my dimension needs to show two values one is number of payments and second is total value.

There are chances that United states are bottom in payments but second higher in amount. so if i need to add both values which doesn’t match in ranking. How can i represent both the numbers?

Hi @saabhiji,
Check out this example that I put together in Arena View that demonstrates how to create a scenario like you’re looking to create:
