Hello Team,
Warm Regards!
Recently I was working on one problem,
where I have two datasets Dataset “Protocol” & Dataset “country”,
actually i dont want to join these two dataset because after joining there will be huge data because of that reason it will not be able to load the data.
thats is why I am dividing these datasets into two parts of dataset examples given below
actual table
|protocol|country|Subjects|sites|
|1 |IN |a |2 |
|2 |US |b |3 |
|3 |AR |c |4 |
|4 |DB |d |5 |
because of the issue I am dividing into two dataset
I am taking protocol & country in one dataset
|protocol|country|
|1 | IN |
|2 | US |
|3 | AR |
|4 | DB |
in this dataset I have added one filter called “Country”
and Subject & site in one dataset
|Subjects|sites|
|a | 2 |
|b | 3 |
|c | 4 |
|d | 5|
these dataset doesn’t have any filter.
now using these two dataset without any join i will add two dataset to the report separately
first table i will create using first dataset with filter country
second table i will create using second dataset with no filter
now the requirement is,
from first dataset filter country if i select a value “IN”
then it should filter in both table which is coming from different dataset
expected output after filtering country
first table from first dataset
|protocol|country|
|1 | IN |
second table from second dataset
|Subjects|sites|
| a |2 |
these results you can compare it with the actual table given above
is there a way to achieve this without joining these two datasets?
please help me with this thank you in advance for helping me out.
Thanks & Regards,
